Lukas Kühne holds a degree in History from the University of Bern and a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland. He has been working in headhunting since 2004 and acts as Managing Partner of the Meister Executive Search since January 2020. He has extensive experience in handling executive search mandates and has built up a broad and well-maintained network of decision-makers and key opinion leaders. Lukas Kühne speaks German and English fluently.

Anna Katharina Laederach has more than 20 years of experience as Head of HR at renowned large companies as well as in the public sector. In 2005 she founded Leaders Solutions AG, which focused on executive search, coaching and assessment. After fifteen successful years, Meister Executive Search AG took over the Executive Search business line in 2022 as a succession solution. She contributes her many years of know-how and extensive network as a member of the Board of Directors and is available to her long-standing clients as a sparring partner. In addition to German, she speaks fluent English and French.

Giorgio Albisetti is an accomplished lawyer and notary public further holding an Executive MBA degree from the University of St. Gallen, and acts as Chairman of the Executive Board of Von Graffenried AG Liegenschaften since 2017. Giorgio Albisetti contributes with his experience as entrepreneur, his innovative spirit, extensive network and valuable strategic skills to various boards of directors and foundation boards. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Meister Executive Search since January 2020.

After graduating in mechanical engineering, Stefan Schwendt joined Unilever in 1994. He acquired vast experience in responsible international management positions along the entire supply chain over a period of more than 25 years and in his last position at Unilever, Stefan was responsible for 14 production sites as Technology Director. Having grown up in a family of small entrepreneurs, he knows both large and small companies very well. As a consultant and trained business coach, he has been successfully pursuing his passion for filling a wide range of management positions for our clients since 2019.

Tara Graber joined the company in 2019 as a research analyst during her Master's degree in Psychology, learning the recruitment field from the ground up. After completing her studies, she took over the management of the internal research centre. As a result, she gained management experience and immersed herself in handling complex recruitment mandates. Since 2022, she has been working as a Consultant for our clients with a wide range of expertise and tact. She speaks German, Korean and English.

Davide Ringgenberg graduated from the University of Bern with a degree in Economics and joined Meister Executive Search in 2018 as a Research Analyst, where he was very successful in identifying and approaching professionals and executives. In September 2020, he was promoted to Research Associate and since January 2022, he has been working as a Consultant for our clients at Meister Networks. He is a native speaker of German and Italian and fluent in English and French.

Romina Bally has obtained a Master of Science in Work and Organisational Psychology and has been in charge of the internal research team since July 2022. After completion of her studies in 2021, she joined the Meister team as a Research Analyst. During this time, she learned the processes and intricacies of recruitment with direct approach from scratch. The acquired skills and experience have enabled her to effectively support the research analysts and lead them in a goal-oriented manner. She speaks fluent German and English.

Lara Aebischer joined Meister Executive Search in January 2022 and has been supporting the company in marketing and the strategic development of new business areas and partnerships since the beginning of 2023. She has international experience in branding and hotel management and is fluent in German, French, English, Italian and Spanish. Since 2022, Lara Aebischer is completing a Masters degree in Online Business and Marketing to further develop her knowledge in this area.

Shortly after completing his Master's degree in Work and Organisational Psychology at the University of Fribourg, Yanik Zurkinden joined Meister Executive Search as a Research Associate at the end of 2022. During his studies, he developed a particular expertise in the areas of professional integration and human resources management, which he has been using in his current position as Deputy Head of Research for strategic and management-related tasks since April 2023. He speaks fluent German and English.

Lukas Boss studied social sciences at the University of Berne and graduated in 2021. In the same year, he joined Meister Executive Search as a Research Analyst, where he excelled in direct search and market analysis. Lukas Boss is studying for a Master's degree in Society and Communication in Fribourg and puts this knowledge to great use at Meister Executive Search. Since March 2023, he has been working as a Research Associate and is active in client acquisition. Lukas Boss is fluent in German and English.

After completing her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of St. Gallen (HSG), Cristina Brunner joined Meister Executive Search as a Research Analyst in June 2022 and has since gained valuable experience in direct search and market analysis. Since July 2023, she has been working as a Research Associate, providing support in the areas of marketing and business development. At the same time, she is completing her Master's degree in Marketing Management at the HSG. Cristina is fluent in German and English.
